摘要
为深入研究潜水搅拌机的流场特性,采用三维建模软件Pro/E建立三维实体模型,在FLUENT 6.3大型计算流体力学软件平台上,采用非结构化四面体网格,利用动坐标系技术、k-ε湍流模型和SIMPLE算法,并且自由液面采用刚盖假定处理,对WJ型潜水搅拌机进行了全流场模拟,分析了搅拌水池内部流体速度、轴向速度、径向速度、周向速度沿径向的规律,及速度沿轴向的衰减规律,总结流场规律.计算结果表明:搅拌水池内流体轴向速度、速度沿径向分布为高斯分布;搅拌水池内流体最大轴向速度沿轴向衰减以双曲线形式衰减;潜水搅拌机搅拌流场具有明显的射流特性.该研究结果为潜水搅拌机的叶轮设计提供了理论依据,为深入研究潜水搅拌机设计制造的关键技术提供了参考,同时对工程实践有一定的指导意义.
To study the performance of submersible mixer,the fluid in the pool mixed by the submersible mixer is simulated using Fluent 6.3.MRF technology,k-εturbulence model and SIMPLE algorithm are adopted in the simulation,and the pool surface is handled by rigid-lid assumption.The distribution rules of velocity,axial velocity, radial velocity, circumferential velocity along radial are analyzed, and the attenuation law of velocity along axial is studied.The results show that the distribution of velocity,axial velocity,radial velocity,circumferential velocity along radial are Gaussian distribution,and maximum axial velocity along axial declines by the hyperbolic form.Jet characteristics is obvious in mixing flow.
