Challenges and Solutions Concerning Eco-Civilization Construction in China

党的十八大报告将生态文明建设纳入中国特色社会主义事业总体布局,并作出全面部署;党的十八届三中全会对建设美丽中国的生态文明制度体系建设和制度保护理念作了进一步强调。深刻领会和有效贯彻这些重大决策部署,大力推进生态文明建设,必须科学认识我国生态文明建设所面临的人口众多,资源相对不足,环境承载能力较弱等问题,走新型工业化道路,做到生态的有效保护和资源的合理永续利用。

It is true that the ecological civilization construction is generally stated in the 18 th CPC Congress report in the blueprint of building socialism with Chinese characteristics,and its system and protections is further emphasized on the third plenary session followd.The article proposes that a good knowledge of the challenges and their solutions is quite necessary prior to a sound understanding and implementation of the important decisions and an expansive construction of ecological civilization in China.
