中小型公务机用双轴涡扇发动机建模方法研究

摘要 基于涡扇发动机的公务机是国民经济快速发展的迫切需求。本文针对中小型公务机的市场需求,阐述了某型公务机用混合排气双轴涡扇发动机的设计点和循环参数的选择,在此基础上,建立其气动热力学模型,考虑各部件的共同工作,建立该型涡扇发动机基于部件特性的整机模型,并利用VC++编程实现。在模型建立过程中,充分考虑各部件结构及工作条件的特殊性,以及部件间气动热力学参数的相关性,确保部件模型能够真实反映部件工作状况,并能有效地进行整机计算。仿真结果说明该模型满足设计指标要求,该建模方法可以有效地应用于中小型公务机用涡扇发动机的建模研究中。 Corporate airplane based on turbofan is an urgent demand for rapid development of the national economy .Aiming at small and medium sized business jet market demand , this paper described the selection of design point and cycle parameters of a certain type of mixed exhaust twin spool turbofan engine .Based on this, the paper build the aerodynamic thermodynamic model of the turbofan engine, and considering the working part , also using VC++build the engine model based on components'characteristics.Fully con-sider the characteristics and conditions of each component , as well as the correlation between each component of aero-thermodynamic parameters , to the extent that the component model can represent the real status of the engine , as well as effectively carry out the calcu-lation of the engine modeling .Simulation results show that the model's dynamic performance fully meet the design requirements , and the modeling method can effectively be used to study of modeling of turbofan engines of small and medium business jet .
