摘要
人才培养机制决定人才队伍质量,必须给以重视。中美两国中学阶段优秀篮球后备人才培养机制存在明显差异,主要表现在:指导原则内涵相同、外延不同;人才培养体制截然不同;规章制度的完善程度差异较大,建议我国从完善指导原则、改革人才培养体制,继续建立健全相关规章制度入手,尽快建立起合理的中学阶段篮球优秀后备人才培养机制。
The talent mechanism determines the quality talent team ,must give attention .The obvious differences between China and the USA in the training mechanism of middle school basketball reserve personnel ,mainly displays in:guiding principle of the inherent meaning is the same ,but the extension different;talent cultivation system is completely different;there is the bigger gap in the perfect degree of regulations and rules , Suggestion:we should perfecting the guiding , reform the personnel training system , continue to establish and improve the relevant rules and regulations ,as soon as possible to establish the training mechanism of middle school basketball reserve personnel .
