This paper introduces Protel 99SE schematic drawing files and PCB files steps, Protel 99SE under Win7 incompatibility issues in the processing, puts forward settlement of the issue, and summarizes some tips for the use Protel 99SE in practical engineering experience, provides some help for beginners and engineering staff in the process of rapid produc-tion of PCB.
