摘要
目前,干法除尘是高炉冶炼过程中对煤气净化回收最节能环保,高效合理的工艺方法。其中清灰系统的控制决定除尘器能效的高低。采用脉冲反吹方式,可有效提高煤气回收预期。本文通过分析和对比传统反吹清灰控制方式和矩阵式脉冲反吹法的特点,引入基于脉冲喷吹控制仪的反吹方法,该控制方式简洁明了,更加节省控制模块和电缆,简化安装调试流程,缩短工程设计和施工时间。为后续高炉煤气干法除尘反吹清灰控制提供了一种新的思路。
In the process of blast furnace smelting, strong gas is generated continually and it consumes a lot of energy. At present, dry dust removal is the most energy saving and environmental protection raethod for gas purification and recovery. The control of ash cleaning system decides the efficiency level of dust-removal system. The pulse back blowing method can effectively improve the gas recovery expectation. In this paper, through the analysis and comparison of the traditional reverse blowing control method and the matrix type pulse back blowing method, introduces the pulse jet control back blowing method based on the control mode. This control methed is concise, and saves more control modules and cable, simplifies installation and debugging process, shortens the engineering design and construction time. It provides a new idea tot the blast furnace gas dry dust cleaning control.
