摘要
随着脱硝补贴电价政策的贯彻与落实,脱硝状态在线监测与脱硝电量核算显得越发重要。本文以广东电网为例,首先简要介绍了脱硝在线监测系统的系统结构。接着介绍了脱硝在线监测系统建设的主要难点及相应的解决措施,主要包括:数据准确性、脱硝电量核算、脱硝设施投运率等。最后,通过对试点电厂燃煤机组脱硝电量数据进行对比分析,结果表明主要难点问题得到了有效解决,它为系统的大力推广起了示范作用。
With the implement of denitration subsidies electric policies, denitration on-line monitoring and denitration electricity accounting become more and more important. In this paper, Guangdong power grid as an example, it briefly presents the system structure of denitration online monitoring system firstly. Then it introduces the main difficulties and the corre- sponding solving measures of construction denitration on-line monitoring system, main including: the accuracy of the data, denitration electricity accounting, the DeNOx facility operation rate and so on. At last, through the comparative analysis on denitration electricity data of coal-fired units in pilot plants, the results show that the main difficult problems have been effectively resolved and it plays an exemplary role for wide extension.
