在分析平罗县种业发展的优势及存在问题的基础,提出的种业发展对策是:提升品种的科技创新能力、建设规模化制种基地、增强企业的龙头带动能力、拓宽市场的流通能力、建立种子公共服务平台、改善发展环境、加强对外合作等。

On the basis of an analysis of the development advantages of the seed industry in Pingluo county and the existing problems, some countermeasures for further development of the seed industry are put forward as follows;upgrading the sci-ence and technology ability for varieties innovation, constructing large-scale seed production bases, enhancing the leading a-bility of the enterprises, widening the market circulation, building the seed public service platform, improving the environment for development and strengthening the international cooperation.
