An Association Study of SNP rs2976392 in PSCA Gene and Gastric Cancer

目的:探讨前列腺干细胞抗原(PSCA)基因单核苷酸多态性(SNP)rs2976392 G>A与胃癌的关系。方法:采用TaqMan方法在288例胃癌患者和281例正常对照中进行基因分型,并用非条件性Logistic回归分析SNP rs2976392与胃癌发病风险的关系。结果:SNP rs2976392与胃癌的发病风险没有关联。结论:SNP rs2976392可能在胃癌的发病中不起主要作用。

objectiVe：To inVestigate the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphism（ SNP）rs2976392 G＆gt;A in prostate stem cell antigen（ PSCA）gene and gastric cancer. Methods：SNP rs2976392 was genotyped using TaqMan method a-mong 288 cases with gastric cancer and 281 normal controls. And the data were analyzed by unconditional Logistic regression to eValuate the association of SNP rs2976392 with gastric cancer risk. Results：SNP rs2976392 was not associated with the risk of gastric cancer. Conclusion：SNP rs2976392 might not play an important role in the deVelopment of gastric cancer.
