摘要
目的:了解包头市社区卫生服务人力配置现状,为优化社区卫生服务人力资源配置提供参考。方法:分析社区卫生人力的数量和专业、学历、职称结构以及服务人口的半径。结果:临床医师和护士占总人数的69.4%,中专及以下学历占62.1%,无职称人员占47.7%,平均每站服务人口半径14 404人;各区专业、学历、职称结构差异明显。结论:各区人员专业结构配置不合理,整体学历偏低且分布不均衡,无职称人员数和平均每站服务人口半径过大。
ObjectiVe:To inVestigate the status of human resource allocation for community health serVices in Baotou,pro-Viding a reference for optimizing the human resources of the community health serVices. Methods:To analyze the quantity,spe-cialty,education background,structure of professional title and serVice radius of community health workforce. ResuIts:The pro-portion of Clinicians and nurses was 69. 4 %,that of technical secondary school degree or below 62. 1 %,and that of no titles 47. 7 %. SerVice radius per station reached 14 404 people. There were obVious differences in specialty,education background, structure of professional title among districts. ConcIusion:The allocation of specialty is unreasonable. The oVerall education leV-el is low and in uneVen distribution,and serVice radius of per station is too large,with those of no titles in large quantity.
