鞣酸蛋白、锌制剂、干扰素联合治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎疗效观察 被引量:4

A Curative Effect Observation of the Combination of Tannic Acid Protein,Zinc Preparation and Interferon in the Treatment of Rotavirus Enteritis in Infants

摘要 目的:评价鞣酸蛋白、锌制剂、干扰素联合治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将112例轮状病毒肠炎患儿等分为对照组和观察组,两组均采用相同的补液对症等常规治疗,对照组加服妈咪爱、蒙脱石散,观察组加服鞣酸蛋白酵母散、葡萄糖酸锌,并肌肉注射α2b干扰素抗病毒治疗。结果:观察组的止泻时间(3.21±1.60)d、总有效率96.43%,临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.01),且心肌损害程度亦低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿均未发生不良反应。结论:在补液对症治疗基础上,增加鞣酸蛋白、锌制剂、干扰素联合治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎,能较常规治疗方法显著缩短止泻时间,提高临床疗效,减轻心肌损害程度,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广使用。 ObjectiVe:To eValuate the clinical efficacy and safety of the combination of tannic acid protein,zinc preparation and interferon in the treatment of infantile rotaVirus enteritis. Methods:112 cases of infantile rotaVirus enteritis were diVided into the control group and the treatment group and the two groups were giVen the same conVentional treatment of rehydration suit,with the control group giVen mommy loVe and montmorillonite powder and the treatment group giVen tannic acid protein yeast powder, zinc gluconate and muscle injection of Recombinant Human Interferonα2b for the antiViral treatment. ResuIts:The antidiarrheal time in the treatment group is 3. 21 ± 1. 60,with the total effectiVe rate of 96. 43 %. The clinical curatiVe effect is significantly better than that in the control group( P 〈0. 01),with the degree of myocardial damage lower than that in the control group (P 〈 0&#183; 05). No adVerse reaction occurred in the two groups. ConcIusion:In addition to rehydration symptomatic treatment, giVing the combination of tannic acid protein,zinc preparation and interferon in the treatment of infantile rotaVirus enteritis can more significantly shorten the time of diarrhoea,improVe clinical curatiVe effect and reduce myocardial damage than the routine treatment,without obVious adVerse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
