腰大池-腹腔分流术治疗交通性脑积水的手术价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨腰大池-腹腔分流术(L-P分流术)在治疗交通性脑积水的手术价值。方法选取18例交通性脑积水患者行腰大池-腹腔分流术,评价此手术与传统手术的优越性。结果患者术后症状不同程度缓解,并且无堵管、皮下积液、硬膜下积液等并发症出现,术后近期效果满意。随访5~10月,复查头颅CT显示,16例患者脑室系统明显缩小,2例无明显变化;所有患者术后症状持续好转,无分流过度及不足情况,并发症少。结论腰大池-腹腔分流术治疗交通性脑积水,避免了脑室穿刺的并发症,如颅内感染、颅内出血等,手术时间短,损伤小,术后并发症少,疗效确切。
