腰大池置管持续引流治疗外伤性难治性脑脊液漏的临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨持续腰大池闭式引流术治疗外伤性难治性脑脊液漏的疗效。方法回顾性分析2007年1月至2013年3月,经持续腰大池闭式引流治疗的33例难治性脑脊液漏患者的临床资料。结果 31例(93.9%)患者脑脊液漏完全治愈,平均带管时间为8天,无死亡及严重并发症,其中2例合并颅内感染,经静脉用药后治愈;4例因堵管重新置管;1例引流管置入段脱落,予重新置管;1例因过度引流出现脑内出血及气颅,经保守治疗后治愈。2例(6.1%)因脑脊液漏反复而行手术修补。结论应用持续腰大池闭式引流术治疗难治性脑脊液漏是一种简便、安全、有效的治疗方法。
