摘要
实验技术人员的考核工作是实验技术队伍管理的一项重要内容。认真搞好实验技术人员的考核工作有利于调动广大实验技术人员的积极性和创造性,有利于促进教学、科研、实验室建设等各项任务的完成。针对高校实验技术人员的岗位特点和素质要求,建立了实验技术人员的模糊灰色综合评价模型。结果表明,运用模糊灰色评价方法对实验技术人员的评价是可行的,并具有一定的实用价值。
The assessment of laboratory technicians is an important part of the laboratory technician team management. The perfect evaluation of laboratory technicians is in favor of mobilizing the enthusiasm and creativity of majority laboratory techni- cians, and promoting the completion of teaching, research, laboratory construction and other tasks. According to the characteris- tics and qualities required for the college laboratory technicians, a fuzzy gray comprehensive evaluation model for experiments technicians was established. The results show that the fuzzy gray evaluation method to evaluate the technical staff working in laboratories is feasible and has a certain practical value.
