以英语言语交际中的话语标记语and为研究对象,重点探讨了它在会话中的语用功能。通过分析相关真实语料发现,话语标记语and有会话管理功能和会话交互策略功能。对and的微观研究,有助于学习者探索语言交际的内在规律,进一步认识此类小品词在互动语言交际中所扮演的重要角色;同时,也有助于中国学习者产出地道的英语口语。

The present paper focuses on the pragmatic function of the discourse marker AND in the oral interaction. It is found that AND can act respectively as the role of regulating the conversation after analyzing some relative collected data in English. Such a study from a microperspective can help the learners to explore about the functions and principles of the discourse markers, which contributes to the further understanding of them in verbal interaction. Meanwhile, this exploration on the discourse markers AND is helpful for the Chinese learners to produce the authentic and colloquial English.
