摘要
高校青年教师发展包括学术水平的提高、教师职业知识、技能的提高、师德的提升,具有开放性、实践性、先进性特征。构建将学科专业结构调整与区域经济发展、产业结构和人才就业结构需求结合,"一体、双互、三同"的一体化青年教师发展路径。
Young teachers' development in colleges and universities includes improvement academic performance, professional knowledge and skills, and professional ethnics, which is open, practical and advanced. This paper maintains that young teachers development can be enhanced through disciplinary restructure, and its integration into economic development, industrial streamline and personnel employment.
