摘要
采用管理考核指标体系设计方法,构建了以社会需求、专业发展需求、学生自身需求以及学校特定培养目标需求为牵引,涵盖教与学两大类别,投入、产出两大维度的非英语专业研究生英语课程考核指标体系,既可面向学术型和专业学位不同类别学生综合考核其英语应用能力,又可进行高校研究生英语课程发展纵向比较及校际横向比较,可有力支撑国家《非英语专业研究生教学大纲》设定的英语教学目标。阐释了考核体系指标设计的理念、原则、内容、流程以及计算过程,并进行了实证分析。
This paper uses a scientific evaluation indicator system designing method to construct a graduate English teaching and learning evaluation indicator system for non-English majors in the dimensions of input and output in the aspects of social demand, professional development, students' need and colleges cultivating targets. It can be applied to evaluate graduate students' English performance and compare trans-college graduate program development longitudinally and horizontally in line with the targets set in Non-English Major Graduate Syllabus. An empirical study is carried out to interpret the system in the perspectives of concepts, principles, contents, procedures and calculating process.
