摘要
经济法是法律系统中的一个重要的组成部分,在整个法律系统中发挥着重要的作用。法律从建立之初就具有了目的性价值和工具性价值双重价值属性,经济法的工具性价值属性包含了公平、经济安全和体制效率;目的性价值属性是实行经济的可持续发展。
Economic Law plays an important role in the entire legal system, as an important part of it. From the beginning of its establishment, law has double values of purposiveness and instrumentality. Its instrumentality contains fairness, economic security and system efficiency; its pruposiveness is the implementation of sustainable economic development.
