摘要
针对闭式压力机组合机身传统设计计算方法存在的问题,利用接触分析理论与方法对机身接触面的接触非线性问题进行研究。对组合机身拉紧螺杆的预紧力进行分析计算,获得了较为可靠的机身计算模型。对计算模型进行数值模拟,得出其在受载状态下的应力与变形的计算结果。利用仪器对机床进行试验,将测试结果与计算结果进行对比,最终证明分析方法的可行性。
Aiming at problems existing in the traditional calculation method of combined frame for closed press, the contact nonlinear problem of frame contact surface has been studied by use of theory and method of contact analysis. The pre-tightening force of the tightening screw for combined frame has been analyzed and calculated. The more reliable calculation model for frame has been obtained. The numerical simulation has been conducted to calculation model. The calculation results of stress and deformation under loading state have been given out. The instrument has been adopted to test the machine. The test results have been compared with calculated results. Finally the feasibility of the analyzing method has been proved.
