摘要 针对压力机用凸轮控制器传统控制方法精度低、可靠性差的缺点,设计一种基于ARM的"机械—电子"复合式新型凸轮控制器电控系统。该系统将嵌入式系统控制的灵活性及现场可编程性相结合,具有控制精度高、体积小、可靠性高、结构简单等优点。实验表明,该凸轮输出精度可达0.1°,响应速度、安全性能均能获得良好效果。 Aiming at the poor accuracy and reliability of the traditional control methods for press cam controller, a new electromechanical combined electric control system for cam controller based on ARM has been designed. By combining the flexibility of embedded system control with on-the-site programmability, this system has the following advantages of high control accuracy, small volume, high reliability, and simple structure. The experiment shows that the output accuracy of the cam can reach 0.1° while the response speed and safety performance can both achieve favorable results, which proves its good market prospect.
