外方内圆型锻件环轧工艺研究

摘要 本文介绍了一种"外方内圆"型锻件的环轧工艺,利用DEFORM 3D成形分析软件,对该类型锻件成形坯料参数进行了优化,提出了外方内圆型锻件在数控辗环机上环轧制造的新工艺方案,通过DEFORM3D软件分析与工程实际验证相结合的工艺路线,成功研制出外方内圆型锻件的环轧工艺,提高了产品质量,提高了生产效率。 The ring rolling technology about the "outer square and inner round" forgings has been introduced in the text. By use of forming analysis software DEFORM 3D, the parameters of the forging blank have been optimized. The new ring rolling process project about the "outer square and inner round" forgings on ring rolling mill has been put forward. Through the technical routine by combining DEFORM 3D analysis and actual verification, the ring rolling process of "outer square and inner round" forging has been successfully explored. The quality of product has been improved, as well as the productivity.
