程序化镇痛镇静应用于ICU患者的效果评价

Effect evaluation on procedural sedation and analgesia applied for ICU patients

目的评价ICU患者应用程序化镇痛镇静护理策略的干预效果。方法选择本院ICU两个护理单元住院患者,单号楼层589例患者为对照组,采用常规镇痛镇静,双号楼层376例患者为观察组,采用程序化镇痛镇静策略,比较两组患者的镇痛镇静药物使用剂量、谵妄发生率及ICU住院时间。结果观察组患者镇痛镇静药物的使用剂量、谵妄发生率及ICU住院时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论程序化镇痛镇静策略较常规镇痛镇静能使ICU患者取得更好的临床效果。

Objective To evaluate the intervention effect of procedural sedation and analgesia applied for ICU patients.Method Choose inpatients from 2 nursing units of this hospital.589 patients from odd layer are in control group and receive routine sedation and analgesia.376 patients from even layer are in observation group and receive procedural sedation and an algesia.Compare the dosage of sedative and analgestic drugs,incidence of delirium and hospitalization time in ICU between two groups.Result Dosage of sedative and analgestic drugs and incidence of delirium are lower and hospitalization time in ICU is shorter in observation group than in control group.The difference is significant （P＜0.01）.Conclusion Procedural sedation and analgesia has better clinical effect for ICU patients compared to routine sedation and analgesia.
