摘要
在为两部件系统制定预防性维修策略时,传统的研究只考虑故障相关或外部冲击一方面的影响,导致系统的故障率被低估.针对这一问题,文章综合考虑二者的共同影响,且外部冲击的到达服从非齐次泊松过程,更符合实际情况.首先通过年龄预防性维修确定出最优更换周期,然后在年龄预防性维修的基础上引入机会维修,以预防性维修周期内的维修费用率最低为优化目标,利用更新报酬理论构建期望维修费用率的模型,确定出最优机会维修阈值,并通过算例分析了故障相关性与外部冲击对机会维修策略的影响.
When making preventive maintenance policy for two-component systems, traditional research always treat failure interaction and external shocks separately, which lead to the underestimation of the failure rate. In view of this problem, a new replacement model for a two-unit system which is both subjected to failure interaction and external shocks isp-resented, what's more, the external shocks arrive in a Non-Homogeneous Poison Process, which is closer to actuals.First, the optimal replacement period is calculated under age replacement policy, based on this, the opportunistic maintenance has also been introduced. Then the model is derived from the theory of renewal process, which focuses on minimizing the overall main-tenance cost within one maintenance cycle, and the optimal replacement policy is determined. A numerical example is given to illustrate the impact of failure interaction and external shocks on the optimal maintenance policy.
