摘要 本研究对由钛合金接骨板固定的股骨骨折系统进行了有限元分析及实验验证.通过数据对比,发现有限元法分析结果与实验结果呈现的规律大致相同,结果数值的部分差异在误差范围之内.有限元法分析结果和实验结果呈现的应力转移情况,与骨愈合过程中实际应力转移情况是相吻合的.本研究证明用有限元法分析股骨骨折系统的应力情况是可行的. The object of this paper was to do the finite element analysis of Titanium plate fixation for femoral frac-ture system and experimental verification. From the comparison of the data,it could be found that the finite element results and the experimental results are substantially the same law. Parts of differences of the value were within the error range. The actual stress transfer situation of the finite element results and experimental results was consistent in bone healing process. The conclusion was that the study demonstrated that using the finite element method to calculate the stress situations of femur fracture system is feasible.
