摘要
海上风电项目是可再生能源开发和利用的焦点,在开发海上风能的过程中,风机塔筒的自振特性是影响结构安全的重要一环.本文以某一风机塔筒为例,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件进行模态分析,讨论了3种处理质量、刚度非连续变截面塔筒结构的数值模拟简化建模方法,并比较3种方法在自振频率计算方面的准确性.研究表明,采用最大外径进行简化建模可以大大减小前两阶自振频率计算的误差率,所得结论可为类似结构自振频率简化计算提供依据,对于保证海上风电项目的安全性和可靠性有重要意义,具有一定的工程参考价值.
Offshore wind power project is the focus of renewable energy development and utilization .In the process of development of offshore wind energy, wind turbine tower vibration character is an important factor of the safety of structure. This paper sets a wind turbine tower as an example, using the finite element analysis software ANSYS to do modal analysis,discusses 3 kinds of simplified modeling methods to analyze the variable cross-section tower structure which quality and stiffness are not numerically continuous, and compares the accuracy of 3 methods of natural vibration frequency calculation. Results show that building modeling simply by using the maximum outer di-ameter can greatly reduce the modal calculation error rate of the first two orders of the natural vibration frequency. The conclusion can provide reference for the natural vibration frequency calculation of this kind of structure. It is of great significance to ensure the safety and reliability of offshore wind power project, and has reference value to cer-tain extent.
