Construction of Housing Security System for Young Teachers in Colleges

应从高校青年教师住房现状出发,研究探索青年教师住房保障体系的总体框架:转变高校青年教师住房观念,改善高校青年教师应有待遇,加强高校现有周转用房管理,兴建高校青年教师廉租公寓,实施高校青年教师限价房建设,规范二手房租赁和交易市场,构建完善的高校青年教师住房保障体系。

Based on the young college teachers＇ current housing situation,the paper puts forward the housing security system framework,which is to change young college teachers＇ attitudes on housing,improve their salaries,strengthen the management of the existing turnover housing,build more low-rent apartments for them,build price-capped housings,regulate second-hand housing rental market and trading market,so as to construct young college teachers＇ housing security system.
