基于ASK模型的高职院校旅游专业人才培养模式刍议

Discussion of Tourism Personnel Training Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on ASK Model

旅游业在国民经济发展中的产业地位逐步增强,其快速发展也促进了旅游教育体系的建立,但目前旅游高等教育人才培养与行业需求仍不相适应。通过分析ASK模型,阐述基于ASK模型的高职院校旅游专业人才培养模式,提出在旅游专业培养目标上,应坚持产业导向;在课程设置上,应坚持任务导向;在培养方式上,应坚持实践导向;在培养途径上,应坚持开放导向。

The tourism industry is becoming more and more important in national economy. Its rapid development has helped the establishment of tourism education system. However,the present tourism personnel training target does not conform to the industry demand. Through analyzing ASK Model,this paper explains the tourism personnel training model based on ASK Model. On the tourism major,the training target should adhere to the industrial guidance,the curriculum should be task-oriented,the training pattern should be practice-oriented,and there should be more open training methods.
