高职院校新生过渡期适应的困境及策略研究

摘要 高职院校新生在新生过渡期的新生认知教育可以帮助他们快速适应大学生活,这对于学生群体整个大学生涯乃至人生有着不可或缺的作用。通过分析高职院校新生过渡期适应存在的一些问题,如入学前信息沟通通道缺失,认知教育活动结构失衡,以及教育活动方式单一、内容枯燥等,提出打造数字迎新系统,构建信息沟通新通道;重构认知教育活动,实现认知教育活动的系统化、模块化;构建文化迎新载体,实现教育内容内化品质等策略。 Higher vocational colleges may help freshmen adapt to the college life through some activities in the transition period. This plays an important role in students' college life and even their whole life. Through analyzing the problems of students in their transition period,such as lack of information communication channels before registration,lack of cognitive structure of education activities,and lack of various kinds of interesting and significant educational activities,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,including to build digital registration system,to reconstruct cognitive education activities,and to establish cultural orientation vector.
