浅议“心理脱贫”与贫困大学生就业

On Overcoming Psychological Poverty and Poor College Students' Employment

随着高校毕业生逐年增加,我国就业形势日益严峻。贫困大学生作为高校求职大军中的弱势群体,他们心理中存在的自卑、虚荣、防御等不良现象容易导致择业成功率较低,因此心理脱贫在贫困大学生就业中的作用重大。应从多方面努力帮助贫困生"心理脱贫"和充分就业,包括从政策上扶持贫困生,构建高校勤工助学和心理教育体系,开展就业援助等。

With the increasing number of college graduates,the employment situation in China is becoming more and more serious. As the vulnerable members of job seekers in the college,poor college students may have inferiority,vanity and defense mentalities,which cause the low success rate in their job hunting. Therefore,overcoming psychological poverty plays a very important role in students＇ employment. Colleges should take various measures to help poor college students overcome psychological poverty,and support them in policy,construct system of work-study programs and psychological education,and carry out employment assistance.
