摘要
2013年通过实地考察、问卷调查等方法对三娘湾中华白海豚观光游发展现状进行了调查,结果表明:出海观赏海豚的游客遇见白海豚的比例为49%。游客对中华白海豚观光游的满意度和白海豚的遇见率有关。因此,三娘湾景区在可控制的范围内应尽量做到景区的综合开发,做好配套服务工作,避免旅游项目的单一化,以期把游客观豚的失望率降到最低点。
The development status of dolphin watching in Sanniang bay in 2013 was studied through field trips and questionnaire surveys. The results show that 49% tourists on the trip met dolphins and the rate of satisfaction was related to the watching rate of dolphin. Therefore, this study puts forward that, within controllable extend, relevant department should promote comprehensive development of Sanniang Bay, provide good coupling service and avoid monotonous tourist activity to reduce tourists＇ disappointment rate of not seeing dolphin.
