银叶树果壳中单宁提取工艺优化研究

摘要 以银叶树果实外壳为原料,采用热水浸提法提取单宁,考查了溶剂浓度、提取时间、提取温度、料液比对单宁提取率的影响。在单因素的基础上,采用L9(34)的正交试验设计,结果得到提取银叶树果壳单宁的最优工艺条件。实验结果表明:在提取时间为90min、温度为50℃、提取溶剂为70%丙酮、料液比为1∶60(g∶mL)条件下,单宁提取率达6.78%。 With shell of heritiera littoralis dryand as raw material, tannin was extracted through hot water extraction to examine the influences of solvent concentration, time, temperature and the material liquid ratio on the tannin extraction yield. On the basis of single factor, L9 (3^4) orthogonal experimental design was applied to obtain the optimal technological conditions of extracting silver-leaf nut shell tannins. Results show that the best extraction technology conditions were as follows: extracting time of 90 min,temperature of 50℃ ,extraction solvent of 70% acetone and the material liquid ratio of 1 : 60. Under these conditions, the tannin extraction flavones reaches 6.78%.
