应用技术型大学生创新创业园建设与运营探究——以钦州学院为例

The Construction and Operation of College Students' Innovation Park of Qinzhou University's Applied Undergraduates

钦州学院大学生创新创业园是大学生校内创新、创业项目的实践基地和孵化基地,其宗旨在于培育大学生的创新、创业精神,提高创新、创业能力。与国内的其它高校相比,钦州学院的大学生创新创业园建设起步较晚,在管理、服务与监督过程中存在许多不足。为适应钦州学院应用型本科的转型发展需要,创新创业园的管理服务机构需采用全新的管理理念与服务意识以突破当前困境。

College students＇ Innovation Park of Qinzhou University is both practice base and incubation base which aim to nurture their innovation and entrepreneurship spirit and capability. Compared with other domestic universities, this park meets problems including relatively late start, imperfect construction and operation, and insufficient service and monitoring. To follow the application-oriented transformation of Qinzhou University, this paper discusses the adoption of new management philosophy and service awareness to solve the current problems.
