新时期高校大学生自主发展现状与对策探讨

On the Current Situation and Its Countermeasures of the University Students’ Self- directed Development

为研究探索提升学生自主发展的途径，提出高校应倡导培养可持续发展、全面发展的人才培养理念，构建健全的大学生发展指导体系，遵循学生成长成才的客观规律，构筑科学合理的教育平台，从而使学生具备与成长阶段相适应的经验，提高发现和解决问题能力，学会调适，寻求更好的发展。

To explore the ways of improving the students self - directed development, this paper puts forward that colleges should advocate the talent concept of sustainable and comprehensive development, construct system of college students healthy development, follow the objective law of the students＇development, and build the scientific and reasonable education platform so that students have the corresponding experience in their growth phase, the ability of finding and solving problems, learn to adjust to seek better development.
