社区护理对神经外科手术出院患者康复的影响

Effect of community nursing intervention on rehabilitation of the discharged patients with neurosurgical operation

目的：探讨社区护理服务对神经外科手术出院患者康复的影响。方法：将2010年1月耀2013年7月在深圳市龙华新区社区护理服务中心进行社区康复护理的42例神经外科手术出院患者作为观察组，选择同期在深圳市龙华新区观澜人民医院脑外科出院后进行家庭康复的30例患者作为对照组。采用抑郁量表（ SAS）、焦虑量表（ SDS）、Fugl-Meyer、Barthel指数和失语严重程度分段标准评定法对两组患者分别于干预前、干预后2个月进行评定。结果：干预后2个月观察组SAS和SDS评分明显下降，低于干预前和对照组干预2个月后（ P〈0.01）；干预后2个月观察组Fugl-Meyer、Barthe指数和失语严重程度分段标准等评分明显高于对照组（ P〈0.01）。结论：社区康复护理服务对神经外科手术出院患者功能康复有积极作用，值得推广应用。

Objective：To study the effect of community nursing service on rehabilitation of the discharged patients with neurosurgical op-eration. Methods：42 discharged patients who had neurosurgical operation and received rehabilitation in the community nursing service cen-ter from January 2010 to July 2013 were taken as the observation group and other 30 discharged patients who received rehabilitation at home at the same time were taken as the control group. The self-rating depression scale（ SDS）,self-rating anxiety scale（ SAS）,Fugl-Meyer,Barthel index and segmentation criteria evaluation method for severity of aphasia were used to evaluate the patientsˊconditions be-fore the intervention and after the intervention for 2 months in the two groups. Results：The SAS and SDS scores decreased significantly after the intervention for 2 months in the observation group and the scores were lower than those before the intervention and than the control group（P〈0. 01）;the scores of Fugl-Meyer and Barthe index and the scores of segmentation criteria evaluation for severity of aphasia were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group after the intervention for 2 months（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion：The community rehabilitation nursing services have a positive effect on functional rehabilitation of the discharged patients with neurosurgical op-eration.
