摘要
目的:探讨早期护理干预对早产儿行为智能发育的影响。方法:将我院收治的140例早产儿随机分为研究组和对照组各70例,对照组进行常规护理及育儿指导,研究组在此基础上实施早期护理干预,比较两组早产儿12个月时一般发育、智能发育情况和神经行为能力。结果:研究组早产儿12个月时一般发育情况、智能DQ各项指标、神经行为能力各项指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期护理干预可有效改善早产儿发育,提高行为智力发育进展,优化人口质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of early nursing intervention on the intelligence and behavior development of premature in-fants. Methods:140 premature infants treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the study group and the control group(70 cases in each group). The routine nursing care and parental guidance was implemented in the control group and the early nursing intervention was adopted in the study group based on the routine one,the general development,intelligence development and neurobehavioral function of the infants were compared between the two groups in the 12th month after they were born. Results:The general development,intelligent DQ in-dicators,neurobehavioral function indicators of the infants were significantly better in the study group than the control group in the 12th month after they were born(P〈0. 05). Conclusion:The early nursing intervention can effectively improve the intelligence and behavior development of premature infants.
