人文关怀在局麻鼻内窥镜手术患者中的应用

Application of humanistic care to patients with nasal endoscopic operation under local anesthesia

目的:探讨人文关怀在局麻鼻内窥镜手术患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将92例局麻行鼻内窥镜手术患者随机分为干预组和对照组各46例,对照组给予常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上给予人文关怀,比较两组护理效果。结果:干预组患者术日、术后SAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.01),术后VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术中动脉压、心率、情绪反应及术后满意度评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:人文关怀可缓解局麻鼻内窥镜手术患者的焦虑情绪,减轻疼痛,提高满意度。【摘要】局麻;鼻内窥镜手术;人文关怀;

Objective：To explore the application method of humanistic care in patients with nasal endoscopic operation under local anes-thesia and investigate its effect. Methods：92 patients who underwent nasal endoscopic operation under local anesthesia were randomly di-vided into the intervention group and the control group（46 cases in each group）. The routine nursing care was given to the patients in the control group;the humanistic care was given to the patients in the intervention group based on the routine. The nursing effects were com-pared between the two groups. Results：The SAS scores of the patients were lower in the intervention group than the control group on the right day of operation and after operation（P〈0. 01）;the postoperative VAS score was lower in the intervention group than the control group（P〈0. 05）;there were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the intraoperative arterial pressure,heart rate,the score of emotional reaction and satisfaction rate of the patients between the two groups（P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion：The humanistic care can alleviate anxiety,relieve pain and improve satisfaction rate of the patients with nasal endoscopic operation under local anesthesia.
