摘要
目的:调查并比较西安市4所三甲医院合同制与正式在编护士的心理状况。方法:选取正式编制护士88名作为对照组,不同聘期合同制护士201名作为研究组,两组均采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行心理健康测评,比较两组心理状况。结果:研究组SCL-90中强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执等因子得分比国内常模及对照组均明显升高(P<0.05),其中1年聘期合同制护士抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执等因子得分高于3年聘期合同制护士(P<0.05)。结论:工作相对不稳定、同工不同酬等问题造成合同制护士心理健康水平降低,需采取措施提高其心理健康水平。
Objective:To investigate and compare the psychological state with the nurses on the payroll of manning quotas of Grade ⅢHospitals in Xiˊan. Methods:88 nurses on the payroll of manning quotas were selected as the control group and other 201 contract nurses employed in different period were taken as the study group. The mental health level of all nurses in both groups was evaluated by using symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)and the psychological state of the nurses was compared between the two groups. Results:The scores of the factors in SCL-90 such as obsession,interpersonal relationship,depression and anXiety,hostility and paranoid significantly increased in the study group compared with the national norm and control group(P〈0. 05);the scores of the factors like depression,anXiety,hostili-ty and paranoid were higher in one-year contract nurses than those in 3-year contract nurses(P〈0. 05). Conclusion:The instability of jobs and unfair payment cause the low level of mental health levels of contract nurses,thus measures should be taken to effectively improve their psychological health level.
