Role of College Advisors in Preventing and Resolving Students' Psychological Crisis

本文通过对西安交通大学学生危机现状调研分析,针对学生心理危机诱发因素多元化、学生应对危机能力不足、辅导员在危机防范化解中作用弱化的现状,提出强化辅导员在学生危机防范化解中的主导作用、组织协调作用和影响作用,以增强高校学生危机预防效果,减少突发事件的发生,维护校园的和谐稳定。

This paper is based on a survey of students from Xi＇an Jiaotong University on the current sit-uation of their psychological crises.It points out that there are multiple contributors to students＇men-tal crises,that the students are incapable of coping with them and that the advisors are playing an in-creasingly weak role in preventing and resolving students＇crises.The paper then urges advisors to play a leading,organizing and coordinating role and exert positive influence upon students faced with crises so as to better prevent crises,effectively reduce emergency situations and maintain the harmony and stability of the campus.
