International Comparison of Clean Politics and Property Declaration System

党和国家一以贯之将反腐倡廉作为一项重大政治任务常抓不懈,并努力建设标本兼治、综合治理、惩防并举、注重预防的长效反腐倡廉机制。但是,与国际社会反腐较为成功的地区相比较,我国在腐败的预防性法律制度建设亟需改进,公务员录用、财产申报及统一的反腐败法等法律制度构建尤为急迫。

Anti-corruption as a major political task of the Party and the country is unswervingly implemented with indefatigable efforts. And the Party and the country strive to build a long-term anti-corruption mechanism to treat both tip and root, to comprehensively control, to simultaneously punish and prevent, and to focus on prevention. However, to compare with the areas successful in anti-corruption in the international community, the relevant departments of China desiderate to improve the construction of preventive legal system of corruption, particularly urgent to construct the civil service recruitment and property declaration, and the reunification of the anti-corruption law system.
