摘要
目的:探讨优质护理服务对住院患者满意度的影响。方法:随机数字表法选取240名住院患者作为研究对象,分为对照组和试验组。对照组实施传统的整体护理,试验组实施优质护理服务,采取问卷调查法进行调查,分析两组住院患者的满意度。结果:实施优质护理的患者的满意度比传统的整体护理的满意度高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:优质护理服务是一项满意、放心的服务,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the influence of quality care for hospitalized patients’ satisfaction.Method: 240 patients were randomly selected and divided into two groups, the control group received traditional nursing, the experimental group received high quality nursing service. Questionnaire survey was taken and the patients’ satisfaction in the two group was analyzed.Result: The implementation of high quality nursing results had in higher satisfaction than the traditional nursing care (P〈0.01).Conclusion: High quality of nursing service is a satisfaction, rest assured service, worthy of promotion.
