篮球中的急停后仰投篮是在基于急停跳投的技术动作的基础上发展起来的一种有效得分的投篮方式。通过查阅相关文献资料发现,现有文献为单纯的研究急停跳投或者直立后仰跳投,并没有把急停跳投与后仰投篮很好的有机结合起来。通过运动生物力学相关理论对急停后仰跳投技术进行分析,得出急停后仰跳投技术简单实用的训练方法。
