体育院校档案管理工作存在着观念落后、管理缺位、设施陈旧、硬件滞后等问题,各院校应把档案管理工作纳入学校整体发展规划,提高管理人员的政治业务素质,加强制度建设,改善档案管理工作条件,从而发挥体育院校档案应有的积极作用。

In sports colleges and universities the archives management problems are that the idea is behind, management is lack, facilities are outdated, and hardwares are lagged. The archives management should be incorporated into the overall development plans and play a positive role by improving the management of the political and professional quality, strengthening the system construction, improving the conditions of archives management work.
