小方坯连铸中间包流场数值模拟研究 被引量:5

摘要 介绍了承钢8流小方坯连铸机中间包流场的优化方法。通过对连铸中间包流场的模拟研究,确定中间包内钢水的流动规律及影响钢水流动性的因素;优化中间包的结构,给出结构优化参数。通过改进,促进了中间包内钢中夹杂物上浮,降低了钢中大型夹杂物含量,铸坯洁净度大幅度提高。 Abst It is introduced the optimization method for flow field in tundish of 8 - strand billet caster of Cheng Steel. Based on the simulation research of the flow field, the flowing law of molten steel in tundish and the factors to affect the flow are determined, and the structure of tundish is optimized, the optimization parame- ters offered. With the improvement, the inclusion in molten steel in tundish is easier floated up, the amount of large - scale inclusion in molten steel reduced, the cleanliness of billet improved to a great extent.
