摘要
分析了目前线材应用的现状。根据线材断口的宏观形貌,将钢绞线常见的断裂形式分为平直状、杯凸状、杯锥状、菊花状和斜茬状,其中杯锥状断裂比例最高,这主要与连铸坯心部质量有关。对影响钢绞线拉拔性能的因素进行了探讨,通过改善连铸坯质量、适当的时效处理、优化轧制工艺、强化包装和优化拉拔工艺,可有效降低钢绞线拉拔过程中的断丝率。
The present situation of wire application is analyzed. According to the macro morphology of wire fracture surface, the normal breaking type of steel strand includes: flat and straight, bulgy, cup - cone, chrysanthemum - like, oblique stubble, and among them cup - cone has a highest ratio, which is mainly decided upon the core quality of billet. The factors to affect the drawing performance of steel strand are discussed. The wire breaking rate of steel strand in drawing process can be effectively reduced with improving quality of casting billet, appropriate aging treating, optimizing roiling process, strengthening packing and optimizing drawing process.
