摘要
针对承钢中宽带生产线生产中各工序的功能不匹配的问题,对粗轧机、R轧机等设备进行改造,使轧制各工序之间配合得更加协调。在最少投入的条件下,增加了轧制带钢的钢种和规格,轧制稳定性提高,成品平均卷重提高了60%,轧机小时产量提高30%以上。
To solve the problem of the function mismatching between various stages of medium and wide steel strip production line, the roughing mill and R mill are reformed. After reformation, with least invest, the rolled steel grade and specification are increased, rolling stabilization improved, the average coil weight increased by 60% , output of mill per hour over 30%.
