中宽带钢加热炉技术改造与效果分析

摘要 针对承钢中宽带钢加热炉加热板坯水管黑印大、温度不均匀、热效率低等问题,在由推钢式炉改造为步进式炉后,该生产线的产量由60万t/年提高到80万t/年,品种钢生产比例由5%提高到15%,吨钢降低煤气消耗20 m3,板坯氧化烧损减少0.2%。 To solve the problems in heating furnace of medium and wide steel strip line: large black marks when heating slab, not even temperature and low thermal coefficient, the pusher type heating furnace is replaced by walking bean furnace. And after that the output of this line is increased form 600 to 800 thousand tons per year, the proportion of grade steel production raised from 5 to 15% , gas consumption pre ton of steel reduced by 20 m3 , oxidizing burning loss of slab reduced by 0.2%.
