摘要
烧结系统是冶金企业的耗能大户,大烟道余热热源丰富,回收热量大,对于节能降耗极为显著。2013年承钢在确保烧结主体生产的前提下,对2#、3#烧结机进行了余热回收改造。安装烧结机大烟道余热锅炉对废气进行余热回收,2台烧结机日均增加发电量9.6万kW·h。
Sintering system is one of the largest energy consumers in metallurgical business, its large flue has a large quantity of waste heat, which can be recovered and contributes a lot for energy - saving and consump- tion - reducing. In 2013 in Cheng Steel, on guarantee of sintering production, 2#, 3# sintering machine were reformed for waste heat recovery, installing waste heat boiler for the large flue, and the generating capacity per day for the two sintering machine is increased by 96 thousand kW ·h.
