摘要
责任教育作为大学德育的主题之一,是对德育的细化和阐扬。责任教育是赋予学生以责任素质,使其对职责和使命予以承诺和担当,并加以履行的教育方式。它注重增强和发展学生的责任感与责任能力,使学生能成人成才。目前大学德育中对责任教育理论的阐释和实践的实施尤嫌不足,可从开发和完善责任教育课程、创设和谐的教育环境、强调实践体验等几个方面,以此开展责任教育,提升大学生的素养。
Responsibility education is one of important themes of moral education of colleges and universities, representing the refinement and reinterpretation of moral education. Responsibility education aims to endow students with personal sense and quality of responsibility so that they have more commitment for responsibility and mission and attempt to perform it. The focus of moral education is the strengthening of sense and ability of responsibility in their talent cultivation. The current university moral education is blemished with the weak responsibility education theorization and practice. This article suggests that responsibility education be improved by means of course development and syllabus design, creation of harmonious environment, strengthening of practice and experience.
