肥胖对OSAHS患者血清hs-CRP水平的影响

Influence of obesity on serum hs-CRP level in patients with OSAHS

目的分析肥胖对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)水平的影响。方法选取睡眠打鼾患者230例作为研究对象,将其分为对照组、单纯OSAHS组、单纯肥胖组、OSAHS+肥胖组。对患者的血压、体质指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FBG)、血脂水平、血清hs-CRP水平进行检测和比较。结果 OSAHS+肥胖组患者的BMI显著高于其它三组(P<0.05);OSAHS+肥胖组患者的血清hs-CRP水平显著高于单纯OSAHS组(P<0.05);只有BMI(β=0.516)可纳入多元回归方程(P<0.05)。结论肥胖是引起OSAHS患者血清hs-CRP水平升高的独立危险因素。

Objective To analyze the influence of obesity on serum high sensitivity C reactive protein（ hsCRP） level in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome（ OSAHS）. Methods 230 patients with snoring were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group,the simple OSAHS group,the simple obesity group and the OSAHS plus obesity group. The body mass index（ BMI）,blood pressure,fasting blood glucose（ FBG）,blood lipids,serum level of hs-CRP of the patients were measured and compared. Results BMI was significantly higher in the OSAHS plus obesity group than in the other three groups（ P〈0. 05）. The serum level of hsCRP was significantly higher in the OSAHS plus obesity group than in the simple OSAHS group（ P〈0. 05）. The multiple linear regression analysis showed only the variable BMI（ β = 0. 516） was included into the regression equation（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Obesity is the independent risk factor which can cause the elevated serum hs-CRP level in patients with OSAHS.
