脂肪干细胞对肺部气道疾病治疗作用的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 ASCs概述2001年,Zuk等首次从脂肪组织中分离出一种多向分化干细胞,因其与骨髓间充质干细胞形态相似而称为脂肪干细胞(adipose stem cells,ASCs)。ASCs是一种具有自我更新与多向分化潜能的成体间充质干细胞。在ASCs的诱导分化研究中,开展最早、研究最多的是向同胚层的细胞分化,特别是向成骨细胞的分化。近年来许多研究表明,脂肪干细胞具有向脂肪、骨、软骨、肌肉、内皮、造血、肝、胰岛和神经等多种细胞方向分化的多分化潜能,是一种理想的种子细胞。
